Points - Where did they go?

I dont know if this happens to everyone or if this is a bug. After i play for a while, i just stop recieving points. I wont even have a full set of skills(meaning all skill boxes filled in), and maybe this is just to the server. I dunno. Just thought i'd let you guys know.

I believe the max points is 80.

For example, Clonetroopers cannot have both Reinforcements AND Lvl 3 rifle.

Depends on the server, there's one around with 150 max points (but things get messed up in there... jetpack not working, points in place but not doing anything...).

Standardisation:
The Movie Battles Team feels that it's best to keep things standard and leave serveradmins with limited configurable settings, so that every player on every server at least knows which things are set in stone. This includes Max Points aswell, currently we had it for testing purposes, but it has become apparent that 75-80 is a sufficient number to settle with.

Yes I have noticed this too but have two other bugs to report:

1) If you are trying to pre-customize your character before the round restarts and are following someone you get all their points :( This can be very misleading.

2) Sometimes all your points get taken off their settings and you have about 5 seconds to re-allocate about 50 points! :( I think this might be caused by loosing a few that results in one of your upgrades being taken away and therefore all the points are re-set to the pool?

I get the deassign points bug every time I play, it happens randomly. It is annoying having to reallocate all points within 8 seconds, so hopefully a fix can come about to store your setup. Ever thought of having point profiles? You could save and login to your own character's preferences. ;)

It's not random. You loose points when you die.

He doesn't mean actually losing points, he means when they get out of place for no apparent reason, ie: i may have blaster 3, then the round ends, the ui pops up, and i only have blaster 1, but the points for 2 and 3 are back at the pool.

Yes, but I think it is because he lost like 1 point for dying, and the game bugs and removes more than is neccesary.

That might be the case... if you loose enough points to loose skills, but then recover them by winning the round/killing...

Question: are the points calculated at the moment or all together at the end of the round?

Yeah , sometimes when i have 80 points . i use them , eventually things like clonetrooper rifle have gone from level 3 to level 1 . along with many other upgrades
