It happens most of the time when im applying the points i added into my class/job.

I believe you are referring to the dreaded "Server Command Overflow" error, which has stalked the Q3 engine since its birth.

Here is what my research turned up:


I have read that 'server command overflow' messages are likely to be a bug in the code. If a server is set up to do a warmup at every map change, some players get hung up loading the map. It is probably a timing issue since to force a warmup at a new map change, the server must issue a 'reset_match' after first starting the map. Players that are still loading the map suddenly get the reset match message and there system is not in a state to handle it. This problem does not seem to happen on servers that do not have a warmup period when a new map is loaded. I believe Activision is looking into this but I could be wrong.

Stormie in MB = bad idea currently. It was taken out at an earlier stage for a reason...

i just found another thing someone using a stormtrooper model crashed me and didnt crash himself.

That is a current bug which has been reported, so do not worry about it.

As for ModReplace, I'm currently testing out different configurations to pin-point if it is the cause of crashes, but most results have turned up that it occurs from full servers.

Not sure about it Sith, but he might not have been using the storm: i remember using the battledroid and somebody said he saw a stormtrooper instead (he didn't have the droid), so that might be the case.
