As the title says.
When new update came, I've updated it.
There WAS DSac.dll, after I runned game it disappeared, I've checked Mcafee's quarantine list and found it, I restored it and same, Mcafee keeps detecting it and there is no thing such "Trust This File".
McAfee Security Center

And from now I no longer can play on SAC secured servers -.-

The detected trojan is:
Artemis! 35BB563E003E Artemis! 35BB563E003E
Trojan Horse

And when DSac.dll is not present the updater says 'update found but something blahblah" This is little annoying for people who aren't good with antyvirus things.
fix plox

There should be an option on macafee somewhere where it has to ask you first, before deleting files.

It doesn't but it moves it to quarantine... all the time...

Turning off AV while gaming is recommended anyway.

Ill never agree for this...

As long as you have your firewall on and aren't browsing the internet you shouldn't be in danger from random internet attacks.

Viruses aren't constantly trying to flood your PC. You get them by browsing malicious sites unprotected or installing standalone anti-cheat software from ex-hackers.

Or from idiots that sit outside your house and troll-phish your computer. :P

But I have bad experience while was playing games with AV off. I will only stop them before loading sac, after ill load them again, it looks like its working.

Somewhere in the Macafee options there should be an option to change what it does if it detects a virus. Usually they are set to "auto clean", aka just slapping the thing into jail without telling you.

Which version of macafee are you using?

Security Center - 9.15
VirusScan - 13.15
Firewall - 10.15
