hammering manual reload (+button12 i think), and rapidly cycling through your weapons (with a mousewheel for instance) can end up with you getting stuck and unable to fire. (you can select different weapons, but the animation to raise them doesn't fully play out - so you can't fire)
Once you get into this state, your fuxored (unless you have a quickthrow TD or other weapon that can force you to do a firing anim [rocket&flamer may also work])
