This model (for JA, not MB2 sry) is currently under construction by a modeler called HapSlash but heres the link to the info:

Actually allowing the model for both sides would be cool because during episode 3 he starts out somewhere inbetween and ends up being darth vader on the dark side.

This model looks great, like all of Haplash's work. What I'm wondering is how the details are so "high resolution".

i sent my friend, the new member (poojawamanfriend) who lives in my naborhood, the state of the devlopedment pics dyn he use dog hair he found on the web for annines head :p

also his working on a better geviose and i might ask for a RC squad for every1 to enjoy ^_^

Easily the best anakin skin out there! **** i'm sticking that on mb2!

When it is ready for download, tell me some1 and i'll convert it :D

MB2 is a mod for Jedi Academy, so when the model works in Jedi Academy, it will work in Movie Battles 2. You'll just need to edit a few files so that it shows up in the menu.

I'm not aware of any time Hapslash has denied us permission to use one of his models in the mod anyway ;)

Only implying that to say it's not being made for MB2 is a bit of a misnomer. If we wanted it in MB2 (I mean as a standard model, not one you'd have to manually hack client-end to get it to replace an existing supported model), it's highly unlikely Hapslash would have any objection.
