Features:

Weapon Replacement:
Gives new sound effects to the ruptor
Gives new visual effect to the ruptor (nothing fancy)

Character Replacement:
Retextures Raxus's head (Fail, if someone can do it better, go ahead :( )
Give him new taunt\death\pain sounds

If anyone wants it, I can do specific flavours (without character\visual effect, or whatever)
