Changing .siege

Can I swap "Timed 300" from one team to the other without affecting people playing with normal file on the server?
(Talking about coruscant chase, wanna make it so Zam's friends lose on time)

Basically im just asking is the .siege serverside or also clientside

Switching it serverside I think will change it. My hunch is clientside will still see the times as the color their file specifies, but the server will end rounds and give points to the switched version.
