I just get back, for 20 minutes and more than ever i see more closed threads than ever before... Would it be possible to go a week without using those power's thats like "so high and powerful to you" Why does everything revolve around Closing threads give me a reasonable explanation... Why PM You dont answer them anyway's...

I always state reasons when I close a thread. If a thread degenerates to spam and general off-topic, I close it.

It's lucky that the MB team are mature enough to not care about a pointless poll that's obviously designed to start a rift. This thread is pointless itself, if they're not answering your pms then its obvious that this issue cannot be discussed further.
EDIT: Respect is not given out based on how long you've been here. Davik is a mature and helpful player, thus he gets more respect. We are not playing air miles.

Kui-Dow, this forum is for a modification called Movie Battles 2 for a game called Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy by a gamemaker named Raven Software, correct?
If so, then rant about/rave about/comment on/suggest new ideas for/give feedback on the mod, don't talk about random things that don't pertain to the mod. The reason this mod hasn't gotten the feedback it should have been giving is because players are too busy worrying about themselves and their standing in the community than with the actual game. We play games for fun, not to live a second life if we aren't pleased with the life God/Jesus/Y-hw-h/Brahma+Vishnu+Shiva/Allah/Thor/Zeus/mankind/whoever else you believe in has given us.
Check out the five different subforums in this forum. The ones with the least posts are Support and the Bugs forums because not too many have trouble installing the game and also because you don't debate a bug you just state it once and the team looks into it.
The next forum that has the least posts, surprisingly, seems to be the Feedback and Gameplay forum. The main forum for this mod would be that forum as that is the most important, followed by the Community Forum (for new maps or new servers or to ban hackers/cheaters etc). The Off-Topic forum gets more posts than the Feedback forum! That is insane.
Now I know B17 will be coming out soon so there isn't much left to say but still a last minute change can help make the initial B17 release much better to save the need for a B17.1 patch. But no. It seems everyone is busy trying to gain popularity, trying to show they have |\/|4|) $|<33|_$ (mad skills) and other bs which is why that last minute change may not exist. In fact, its possible that a big huge problem with the mod is going unnoticed simply because no players bother trying to voice their opinion about it. But what do you care? You are just trying to gain respect from people by mouthing off about random incidents after taking them to heart, when these incidents were not meant to be offensive in any way shape or form.
I enjoy when CerberuS closes those threads. You know why? The thread starts off like a decent post but the original poster and/or the follow-up posters just don't care and digress from the point, nullifying the purpose of the thread and just wasting everyone else's time. Do you, Kui-DoW, support reading threads that just seem to be getting in the way? Reading these threads is like reading spam emails. No one reads those things unless they are real suckers for "I am a lesbian and I want you so bad". Lesbians don't like men, why the hell would they make an exception to you? This statement alone sounds utterly worthless, but most of the stuff on the forums is so stupid and makes this statement look like a profound, divine quotation.
Like ACiDuS said, this whole thread is just a bitch-n-whine-n-moan thread and doesn't help you gain respect.
Firstly, you shouldn't care about the respect you gain online because you have a real life out there to live and wasting time on the internet trying to become popular is worthless because all of that goes away when you unplug the cord. Respect is everything, as they have said since the first Grand Theft Auto, but that isn't the case online. If it was, I wouldn't have 10 yr olds sh-ttalking me and my mom and getting away with it. In real life they wouldn't dare b/c they respect me as an older, wiser adult, not as a peer.
Secondly, since you do seem so infatuated with gaining respect, talk about the topics and issues at hand. Don't move your views to an extremist position - try to stay neutral and be fair. Don't talk like an immature kid but rather make it seem you have as though you have some sort of sophistication to your personality and your words are worth being read. Type in proper grammar and punctuation and decent spelling so people can understand you clearly and will be willing to hear your words in the future. In game, don't trash talk and further crap on this community/mod. When you win or lose in a duel, say good fight. Honor your enemy's corpses, don't slice them into pieces and eat them (unless you are roleplaying an orc).
In fact, if someone could repost that link to that Flash video that showed proper etiquette for posting on the forums, post it up here and let Kui-DoW access it. It is pretty accurate as to what 25% of the posters of this forum need to do.

No, I won't take your "bet". And not because I'm "afraid". I've been moderator at several other forums before. I know how it will end if a public forum like this one is not moderated for a week. And I'm not interested in having to clean up the mess afterwards just because you think I have to "prove" something to you.
It's too bad you don't know the definition of spam on the internet - it's not my fault in any way though since it's common sense tbh. To enlighten you:
In any discussion board, the continuous posting of messages irrelevant to the topic or discussion is strictly prohibited.
You should not consistently be able to look up at your screen and see that the majority of topics or messages on a page were just created or posted by you.
To Discuss: To talk about a subject in detail.
To Chat: To talk in a light, familiar way. Informal talk. (ie one sentence posts such as, "I agree" etc.)
Chatting is considered spamming and will be dealt with accordingly.
Now you can continue with your crusade against the "evil admins" if you like.
Ask yourself why nobody else except for you has any problems with the manner these forums are moderated in.

This bet of yours falls into the category of the immature begging-for-attention (not wanting or needing, but begging). Just stop. Stop posting and think about what you say for about 10 to 30 minutes prior to posting. I have wanted to post about 1500 things and only have posted 760 times because of it. I am ready to post, I have a whole post ready made, then I read it. I read it again. And a third time. If I was pissed off at the time of making this post I delete those 15 minutes of my life. If I thought myself writing words of a miserable fool or a weak-hearted player or a rude, arrogant, complacent piece of crap, I'd remove them from my sight and save others from these words as well.
You on the other hand fail to do this. Kui-Dow, my advice to you is to close all your web browsers except the one full of porn on it. Do your business, then close it. Then go back into the game, don't even consider pressing t/y/u or whatever you use to chat, pick a class, set up your points, play. Just play for an hour, two hours, three hours. Whatever. If you see a certain problem go to the feedback forum and without showing any emotion post the problem and what you think can fix it. Go to sleep as it may be past your bedtime (its almost 9pm in MN right now) and wake up, live your life to its fullest, and if you have nothing better to do afterwards go game again.
The reason I choose to help you instead of insult you and make you further look like a fool, Kui-Dow, is because that is how I function. Don't respect me anymore than anyone else - everyone is the same in many ways. Sneaky and Cerb I have great respect for and in many ways me and Sneaky are similar, and I don't really know Cerb so I can't say anything about him and me. However, Sneaky doesn't seem to fond of you. What makes you feel I am fond of you? I am not, but I do not hate you either. I just feel you can be redeemed and become a better person if you are helped instead of further hindered. Heed my advice, and don't be so all-over the forums. Oh my god. You think THAT'S going to start a flame war? It was a friendly poll. It wasn't a "popularity contest". I included most of the _major_ MB2 members. I forgot Acid, oh noes, let people post if that's their favorite. If they don't have a favorite, that's fine.
Dacks came around and edited the poll, adding two options, and eventually closing it.
I don't really understand his motive on that.

Toka it may seem friendly to you but I'd call it downright disrepectful. You didnt include all the team members (even if it was an accident). What was the point of the thread? I would've deleted the whole thread if I had admin just to spare the MB team a humiliating scar about who is the "favourite". If I were to go and make a thread right now about who is the coolest player, and I included your name on the poll and nobody voted for you, how would you feel? A lot of MB team members can't post around here as often as those in charge of the forums because they're probably too busy working on jobs to keep them alive or THIS mod that you are enjoying, thus they are not as well known.
EDIT: Kui I hope you know I admin on my clan servers, of which there are currently 4. I have never once been accused of unfair administration. Your overall attitude towards administration is offensive to me and probably to a lot of other admins. That does not mean, however that I attack you and get into a hissy fit over a few words. I'm using this as an example that there are some things in life (including your favorite threads being closed) that aren't worth fighting over.

Cerb and dacks do a great job moderating this forum. The only reason you dislike them is because they close useless threads, and the threads you start tend to fall into this category.

Don't go OT on me. I never said ANYTHING about of that, so don't attack me saying that I don't appreciate the mod, etc. As for the poll, I didn't see anything "disrespectful" about it. If someone didn't like it, I'm sorry, but I thought it was a fun little contest and it wouldn't hurt anyone.
