Wow... and I tough Serious Internet Business/Forum Disputes were just pure LUL'z & R.I.P Matthew Pyke killed for doing his job as a MOD in this advanced wars forums to get only killed by a retarded video gamer freak.
Story:
A Man Arrested Over Advance Wars Forum MurderA German gamer has been arrested near Frankfurt on suspicion of involvement in the death of a British student,
Matthew Pyke <(that's him in that photo).
The unnamed suspect is believed to have had a disagreement with Pyke on Wars Central - a forum for fans of the Advance Wars series that Pyke moderated.
Police allege that the 21 year old man traveled to Nottingham, UK, and gained entry to Pyke's flat where he stabbed the 20 year old student to death. Pyke's body was discovered last Friday by his girlfriend, also a site moderator.

I'm surprised this actually happened, I've thought about throwing hand grenades through my computer monitor so that they'd magically travel into the lap of whoever I was in the mood to hate, but dang, that's just a lot of work to do to kill a moderator.
I mean, you gotta pay for plane or boat travel, or rail if he makes it to France, then plan your approach to the target, then plan your escape and/or cover up, then get the hell home, then profit? somehow. Well like the report said, they had to of known each other. Unless he was dumb enough to put his phone # or address or some other way for him to be identified and located.
Its unfortunate, but i dont find myself shocked by it seeing as there is always something worse waiting to happen around the corner.

But one is a close quarters combat weapon, meaning having a 5 meter advantage willsave your life. Not to mention you can take anything and beat him up (hell, I would take a desk and throw it on his head. As soon as his sword dropped, I would probably pick it up and stab him (probably I wouldnt think, I just would know that it's either him or me).

actually on the contraire if a gun user feels threatened he will most likely pull the trigger, meaning that he will shoot the thing or human he is aiming at, even if he didn't mean to. If a gun user feels panic he usually just pulls trigger without thinking it. A bad example would be in batman how bruce's parents get shot when the criminal panics.

Not exactly, most people don't know what a gun shot sounds like in real life and others just don't care what's going on across the street, they'll probably just say, "Oh, someone dropped a large wooden pallet or something." If you are in an apartment complex, however, yeah someone will be curious enough to check and the chances of someone being within earshot of the gunshot who knows what an actual gunshot sounds like are higher.

lol, silencers aren't as 'silent' as shown in movies they are more of sound mofiers, they do lower the sound a bit, but the major benefit of a silencer is that it sounds more like a tube with gas just broke and released hot gas than a powder explosion. So while a silencer will not make you quiet and stealthy, it will make you harder to trace, will confuse people on wtf the noise was, and will help you not get ear dmage when you shoot a gun. Neverthless that is the least of your worries. Plus Silencers are extremely expensive and illegal in several countries.
