Hi people just for some fun, I made this post to see if any one as got any body skills, like me im Double Jointed I can put my hand round the back of my neck and touch my ear so I made this video like 30 mins ago to show every one what I can do, You may find this disturbing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4eUvypawmtw
Sooo what can you do?
i can wiggle my shield plates
Thanks alot for that disturbing.. thing.
Both my thumbs are double jointed, I can touch the back of my wrist with all of them, and I can shift the knuckles on my hands around (I can move them left and right and hold them there, and it's very visible and disturbing.)
I can sort of shift the two bones that arc out of your back to mimic wings.
And of course I can make my pects do a drum solo.
I can wiggle my glasses up and down my nose without using my hands. It freaks people out.
I can make that tiny thing in my pants really long and hard.

You know, being double-jointed isn't a skill. Juggling is a skill. Being double jointed is a genetic trait.
This is a bit like the irritating anime-ism of people talking about what 'stance' a swordsman is using. I heard some little white kids talking about that the other day. I don't mind if second-language English speakers make mistakes, but native English speakers who learn to use words incorrectly from television drive me up the frickin' wall.
Grrr.

Do I even need to say it?
Hahahaha. Pilo outruns old beaters on backwater roads on the east coast.
I can have my hands folded behind my back, and, with them folded, touch my forearms together all the way to my elbows. From there, the elbows are a fulcrum for swinging my uni-forearm around. Wat?
I can also get the bottom of my feet facing the same way my stomach is facing (forwards) by bringing my foot back, bending the knee, and pushing the ankle forwards. Lolwat?
I can vibrate my eyeballs by moving them side-to-side really fast.
wait wut
Also...the username of the video's poster...suspicious...?

Is this really being 'doublejointed'? I thought it means your joints are ****ed enough for you to move your arms both ways...
Anyway, I can easily do what you did on your movie, never thought it would be called like this though :S

Best post in the thread.
I can do that thing in the video, and like Zero I can bend moth my thumbs back to my wrist.
I used to be able to bend my index and middle fingers on both hands all the way back to my wrist, but I can't do it any more. ;(
I... can do the vulcan greeting. Does that count? I think i could do the glasses thing too, but haven't used any in a long time.

I have no gag reflex, my pinkies are double jointed, as are all of my toes, they can crack horizontally. Oh and I can lick my elbow, legit, not just pulling your leg.

I can touch my feet I win.
Actually theres a ton of fat people that can't even do that.
Anyway I suppose the best skill I got is being able to write with my feet, like that will ever come handy unless my arms are cut off :\
I can ride my bike with no handlebars.
I can keep rhythm with no metronome.
I can lead a nation with a microphone......
I can put my foot behind my head, does that qualify?
I can stick my beef in my mouth while sitting down. Is that good enough?
We have a winner!
I can shove my head up my ass and talk to my internal organs.

I can shove my head up my ass and talk to my internal organs.
I can **** out my internal organs and talk to them, then gobble them back up and they reorganize themselves properly.
Alright, you beat me there.
...I can't even think of anything to top that. LMFAO

I can walk freely on the reverse side of my toes, i.e. walk on my toes with the nails down.
I can cross both my legs around my neck and behind or before my head.
And some people found this ridiculous when I accidentally did it (...), I thought this was something everyone could do.
I... can't do anything remarkable! wooo
I feel so average when threads like these come up. Either that or you're all liars.

Often overlooked fact: people who're double-jointed usually (over half the time) suffer from some sort of side-effect. They may not even be aware of it, but it includes things like weak tendons or a tendency to develop arthritis later in life.
So don't feel like you're missing out. ;)

Mee too!!!
I love it, its not all that epic after the first time of showing someone though :(
I can fold my ears into a neat package because I have an overly flexible earshell (or w/e that's called in English :p).
I can make my ears move up and down (without frowning).
And I can blink at an almost incredible speed (I can make pretty much every muscle in my body "tremble", eyelids included ^_^)...
Hyperflex and stuff like that I can't do though, guess that makes my "skillz" pretty useless :(:(
I can (or could) run a 5 minute mile, I can run a half mile in under 2 minutes, a quarter mile around 50 seconds, pretty soon I'll be able to hold a handstand and...
wait for it...
wait for it...
I can outrun cars!
I don't really have any joint-related oddities. I suppose I actually fall on the opposite end of the spectrum. During my hour and 45 minute medical screening for the NCAA, it was determined that I'm very inflexible, and I was recommended for almost every flexibility program on the form. The girl who did the flexibility tests for me was absolutely shocked at my lack of flexibility, ESPECIALLY as an athlete. I don't really see that as a good thing, though...
