Well I don't know anything about that at all; all I know is that this one is Hap's; it uses a head that looks just like the one from the leia_esb model, but everything else is new: the pants, the torso and boots combo texture, etc.
Obviously a cooperation between Hap and Liberty then. Wouldn't be the first time either. Seeing how Hap doesn't mod for JKA anymore, it's safe to assume that Liberty is the best (and only) adress to ask (just like Plas already told you) if you can't wait for the usual post-release patch.
