plz2tell, what are the exact heights, in Radiant units, of the following:
A standard player, both standing and crouching; a wookiee, standing and crouching; and an SBD, standing and crouching?
I did some measures today about the heights of crouching. Basically you need exactly 41 units to be able to enter. Less wont work because you would get stuck there. so remember:
41 units or more for vents!
Oh and i also tried like the walkways, how steep can a slope be so that you can still walk on it. Simply 45 degrees or less.
Numbers are kind've nonintuitive in code or I'd just list exact values for everything... But, so you guys know, in Open mode(and when normally set in FA), you can multiply normal player size/height values like so for the following classes:
Wookiee: x1.15
SBD: x1.20
Deka: x0.70
from cmp forums, hope you dont mind jugg/azu :P
Isn't it on mb wiki?
We should out that in the wiki.. infact, ill do it now.. Could you find out the standing heigh aswell?
and then the thread died, *tear*
these are the sizes for units used in mapping.. (all sizes are in map units)
crouching
normal player: 41
sbd (remember these cant move while crouching): 49.2
wookiee: 47.15
droideka: 28.7
standing
normal player: 65
sbd: 78
wookiee: 74.75
droideka: 45.5

Dude thats some serious leaking there!!!!
Nah but really, check the wiki as he posted it. I will do other tests someday that includes the max height for jedis to jump, the max height for persons to jump and stuff like that.

Fairly sure that Deka height is wrong. Deka's scaling is based upon the vehicle size, not upon standard player model size.

I went into the files and I saw that it was 60x60x60 in both rolling and standard scale, so no problems with that.
