Wrist Laser

Hi ..

It is possible to put the wrist laser on the X37 specimen into Cislabs and if yes how can we put it ?

Erm....not if you don't modify the FA and I think there is something about it on the forum, stickied in the mapping section.

You won't be able to do much anything though if you do. The class just wont fire the laser or you wont be able to play the map.

If we are able to put the "flamer" on all classes why not this one ?

tornade, you are able to put it, but that decision is not yours. It is the FA maker decision. If you are suggesting it, make it sound like a suggestion ;)

It is not a suggestion .. it could be if he wants but it is only for me. I want to try it first in this map to praticing myself and maybe do this for other maps that I will make after.

You can't have a variant class specifically for yourself because
A: Editing the FA file will either not allow you to connect, or not allow you to play in game, forcing you to stay in spectator.
B: What you edit CLIENT SIDE, does not mean it is the file which is uploaded SERVER SIDE.

Take this for instance,
The server's file says that that class gets flamethrower, everyone is playing off the server's file because the server doesn't care what your file says, only what its own says. So if you edited the FA to give that class a wrist blaster aswell, the server wouldn't recognize the wrist blaster since it's not on the server's file.

Besides, if you want to practice Wrist blaster there's open mode, as well as an FA/Map made by CoR's members which has a class with 5 lives and a wrist blaster as its only weapon.

I know how to edit the server files .. it is the pk3 files ..

I need to edit class and rename map and all attached to this ...

but when I editing the .mbch caracter .. the attributes is MB_ATT_WRISTLASER but I can't add it to my caracter and get it working after.

P.S. I just want to remind that is just for me and no way to get release for public or anybody. ONLY PRACTICING MYSELF.

Think you have to be Mandolorian Class for it to work.

You can't override wrist laser. Only standard weapons like E-11 or Clone Rifle.
