View Full Version : Wiki needs policys
We need to be setting up policies in the wiki (like formatting rules etc), we've already got people establishing their own editing rule systems and fighting (case in point... me vs bigfoot, he's trying to organize the maps a certain way and I'm trying to organize it into what I think is a more efficient way, but he thinks he more rule setting say since he sat up all night making some template...(I'm not pointing out who's right btw... since there is no rules neither of us are doing it 'right' so to speak.)).
Unless the wiki gets policy established, this will happen increasingly as more people start using the wiki, because person X does stuff one way and person Y comes behind him and re-does everything according to his way, then X and Y get mad at each other and start editing wars, and so on.
Or you two could be a little more civilised about it and discuss the matter in a PM.
We were >_> I was just using that as an example.
But the wiki needs rules, and this is why.

If everyone acted there age it wouldn't seem to be a problem.

im sure they do, but there's quite a range of ages so :P
all wiki changes must have my express permission from now on, k? ^^
I can see you people aren't very interested in a smoothly working wiki. The MB2 might as well not have made one, in that case >_>

Quick notion, why not change the name of the projectile rifle to "slugthrower"?
