It is mandatory that demos be taken for each match played. Although the rules stipulate that each captain must take a demo for the entire duration of the match (stop it after the first half, start a new one during second half to avoid them being huge obviously), if they are unable to, either another member of their team can take the demo or a referee can.

Also my computer will sometimes freeze due to a graphics card error, so if I crash in the middle of a match...

...I used to be pretty good at BH ruptoring, but I'd need to practice at it again...
