View Full Version : R.I.P. The Bride

The Bride
12-02-2008, 11:09
Sarah Conelley aka The Bride died on January 15th 2008. We know she frequented the forum and game and was always bragging about her exploits with her friends in Star Wars: Moviebattles. So we wanted to let her friends on cyberspace know that she died peacefully at the age of 59. God bless you all.

Man... I remember playing with Bride quite a bit over the years. It's a shame that she died at a somewhat young age. I'm going to miss her. :(

The Bride.. I remember in B16 I would always be on the same server as her, she was pretty much an amazing player. Rest in peace.

I remember playing with bride as well, although I don't really have any friends in game so I never knew her.

Still unfortunate to lose a community member.

How yeah, that 59 years old grandmother who played MBII. Lmfao.
My grandma is only 10 years older, I could get her play MBII too?

Seriously, that's the weirdest fake ever.

Hawk

Lol, like any 59 year old grandmother actually plays a mod of a starwars game... rofl.

It was awesome, I love it too :) Couple months ago I refreshed this movie at my miny, by downloading first four/five episodes from first season (it's from '60)

Let's look at this objectively:

If it is a fake and you are not a complete douchebag and start yelling fake, and it turns out to be fake, you look stupid.

If it is true and you come on here and start yelling "Lol FAKE FAKE FAKE", you look like a ****ing *******.

R.I.P

anyways i remember playing with the bride and solidus back in b17 for like 3 hours one night, good times..

I thought "The Bride" was like a 16 year old guy (or at least, back when I last played with him... which was like B16). I smell fish, and there aren't any fish, or Ender's mom, anywhere near here... so I'm gonna say this whole thread is a little fishy.

GogettO

Meh, silly me... I throught he's dead.

ShadeyMan

It says 59, is this just some twisted prank?

If not R.I.P person.

cloudstrife

She wasn't famous alive and she wanted to see if her death would give her some reputation...

I guess.

Gunther
15-06-2008, 15:02
And he didn't even explain why she was posting from her account, on the MB forums. Like a familly member would do that, lmfao.
Why am I still there, by the way? Better let this thread die.

Yes, why would a family member tell distant friends about their death

Silly Kids Trix Are For Kids!

And The Fishy smell Pilo T hears is probably his armpits...

This thread is fake here is why:

IF SHE DIED...

How did their family members know the password login and username to the forum?
Why did they post it in this section? I mean if they did this they wud have probably beeen in a hurry
Why do they mention the exploit bragging, I mean A) the family must have known so picture this:
"Sup mommy, all done with computer today?"
"Ya, did enough nade bugging for the day son!"
"Boy one day ima grow up to nade bug!"
"That's my son!"

Talk about a bad moral example if this ever was true...

There was no point in mentioning that if it even was true

also that photo by Doll is more proof,

also they posted it almost 15 days after the day of death, so ummm usually by then psychologically families arent spreading the news anymore.

So yeah, again this isnt a full fake but its like orange juice, 99% concentrate, 1% water...I Rest my case.

*expects someone to post something like:*
Columbo:

"Just one more question"

lol

Nothing can be proven over the internet.
Theres no need to post 50 line posts telling that "IF she was dead, why..."

If Bride truly died, then R.I.P.

If not, Bride is an @ss.

The internet is proof of the existence internet itself so your statement is wrong.

IF SHE DIED...

How did their family members know the password login and username to the forum?

It's called the "Remember me" option.

Why did they post it in this section? I mean if they did this they wud have probably beeen in a hurry

Because this is the section that is about saying Hello/Goodbye?

Why do they mention the exploit bragging, I mean A) the family must have known so picture this:
"Sup mommy, all done with computer today?"
"Ya, did enough nade bugging for the day son!"
"Boy one day ima grow up to nade bug!"
"That's my son!"

Uh, clearly you misunderstand. The term exploit can also mean adventure/stories/experiences. I highly doubt it had anything to do with bugs in the game.

also they posted it almost 15 days after the day of death, so ummm usually by then psychologically families arent spreading the news anymore.

Right, because the first thing someone does when a loved one dies is hop onto whatever internet socializing sites they used and say that their loved one died. They probably didn't think of this until now.

The internet is proof of the existence internet itself so your statement is wrong.

No it isn't. An inability to prove existence is inherent to the nature of existence. You have no proof that the internet exists, any more than you have proof that I exist, that Box exists, that Bride exists now or did before, or that you yourself exist. Get over it or transcend - there is no other option.

If it's a troll, it doesn't deserve any more attention.

If it's really true, discussions like these are the last thing that family needs.
