Quickie on GTK 1.5.0

Just a quick question, but does anyone else here have problems running GTK Radiant 1.5.0 on windows vista?

Whenever i try to load it, the screen goes crazy and i cant do anything with it, something along the lines of this:



The screen seizes up and i cant move/rotate the camera or the 2D view...

Is there some patch im missing? since i wasnt aware there was one, www.qeradiant.com also claims that:


GtkRadiant 1.5
Some new and improved features:

* Vista compatibility


Any help would be much apprciated, i also hope this was the right place to put this as i couldn't see it going in the technical section :D

Did you turn off the desktop styling in the properties of gtkradiant.exe?
Did you start it in admin mode?

You just need to turn off Aero and all transparency effects:

1. Right-Click on a blank area of desktop
2. Select Personalize from the context menu
3. Click Window Color and Appearance Option



4. In the Appearance Settings dialog, click Windows Vista Basic, and then click OK. Or, if you prefer a Windows 2000-style interface, click Windows Standard, and then click OK.
