A little question regarding controls

Does MB use the "next/previous inventory item" and "use current item" buttons?

Currently, none of our classes use any type of Items. No bacta canasters, sentries, card keys etc. Those buttons aren't used in Movie Battles II

Great, cuz there are so many other buttons to map, I can't have them within operating distance. But if theyr'e not used, I can ditch them.
