Revan should be everyones favourite character.
*SPOILER AHEAD*
After all, what character can have more depth than yourself. The fact that Revan is you is one of the best twists and brilliant piece of gaming I've played in years. It was an honest shock to me, I was expecting Revan to come back into it, but never did I think I might be him.
The player themselves makes Revan up, so in the players head he is the coolest incarnation of a jedi possible. And then they go and give you a huge backstory and make you into not only one of the most powerful sith to have ever lived, but also a complete badass.
I say Revan, because the player themself has more depth and interest than any character can.
Although, hk-47 was pretty damn cool ;)

I agree with Acidus about Revan, but HK-47 had much more character depth and was just plain fun to have in the group. You didn't really have much a about Revan, just stories. HK-47, however, had both a huge collection of stories and was always asking if he could kill the organic meatbag that you were talking to.
Well i'll defend Jolee since nobody else does it... everybody needs an old man complaining in his life! :P
And Zaalbar... who eats a gamorrean's arm... or maybe it's just pity since he has to put up with mission trying to bath and dress him.

HK-47 is, by far, the coolest character in ANY videogame. The only person that can come even close to HK-47 is Sam Fisher cause he's a stealth ninja and has cool gadgets and multiplayer. O wait, I forgot... Master Chief is about equal with Sammy Fisher, so there's two people about a level or two below HK-47. :cool:

KOTOR should be the next movie, just don't let Lucas touch it. I think that the game designers for KOTOR should do the rest of the movies from now on.
no, KOTOR is pretty solid, and I have faith Lucas can do it. He had too much to explain/do in Episode I-III after setting up the prequels in IV-VI, so he tried to do it all in one fell swoop. I think he can work some magic again if he's got a clean slate to work with. You ungrateful swine, he's the one that created Star Wars; show some respect. I agree he kind of wrecked I and II, but, again, it's only because he completly awesomeized IV-VI and left so much stuff to be done in the prequels that he overloaded. I vote George Lucas for all Star WArs movies. What you've suggested is like telling a mother she can't touch her baby, and that's just mean. I'm sure Lucas would be sad if he heard your scornful words. :mad:

Starwars was an accidental masterpiece, and the man has proved over time that if he had the resources to do what he originally wanted it would have been (And is becoming) a terrible movie. Lucas may have started it, but it is not his anymore, it belongs to every child who watched it and grew up loving it.
He is not a good writer. Back when the original trilogy was written (the adventures of jedi knight mace windu!) people rightly advised him to re-write the majority of it because it was just silly. He has built up such a false reputation of genius now that people dont dare tell him to rewrite things due to their silliness.
The original script was a mishmash of colloquial references and made up on the spot words that no-one could even close to understand bar lucas himself. Even with the revised script that actors (specifically ford) refused to read half of it, so they themselves were sort of a sounding board for his good and bad parts. He has built up such a false reputation of genius now that the actors dont dare disagree with him or give their own input.
He is not a good director. He has a history of refusing to talk or communicate with his actors. Even when he was casting star wars he refused to talk to people, so his friend did it for him. How can you direct when you dont talk to your actors? You can't. He constantly uses greenscreens for near everything. Practically every decent director understands that a scene made up of cg almost always looks terrible, but he doesnt seem to get it. He only directed one (Yes, one) of the original trilogy, and tbh the other two surpassed it hugely in terms of style, cinematography and directing (although the ewoks scuppered jedi). He is not a good director, but he has built up such a false reputation of genius, that now he directs himself (to the pain of all true fans).
Basically, he got lucky, and imo should play a stan lee style role these days, put his name on stuff and leave the development to the up and comers.
Every game, movie or project he touches withers and dies, yet games like kotor and eu projects almost always turn out to be good because he doesnt care about them, giving the developers free reign.

Carth was a good dual pistoler but was a n00bz0r and was a pussy and pansy and all.
Jolee was an annoying old man.
Juhani was a lezbo cat woman who was annoying.
T3-M4...who the **** was he again (I swear I used him only to open the sith base door, which anyone with any high security skill could have opened anyway)
Mission was an annoying Avril Lavigne...except blue and no perky tits
Zaalbar was chewie - cool for killing and being your bitch but otherwise smelly and hairy.
Let's get serious now...
HK-74 was damm funny and could have been cool granted my character was a scout and could repair hk for the full upgrades. However, even then he's not too great a fighter (no melee and most rifles/heavy weapons suck anyway...a single pistol wouldnt be too good either).
Bastila was hot, annoying yet hot. I would stick her anyday but that's all I think of her.
Malak was effing sweet he lost his ****in jaw you got to see everything it was the shizzle. Anyway, he's my 3rd favorite Sith in all of Star Wars.
Revan everyone likes (of course they do). I love Revan, he's my favorite Sith Lord. However, c'mon that shouldn't have been a choice.
I think I pretty much covered everyone...

Canderous Ordo was the effing shizzle. I like Boba, I effin wish Jango was me, but people always **** on Jango and Boba and say they weren't really mandalorians and other bull****. Don't change my opinion about them. Anyway, Canderous at least was a direct follower of Mandalore so I cant be bitched at for liking 'fake mandos' (fetts are mandos to me and thats final). If I had a build like him I'd be mackin mad chicks plus I'd get kick ass Mandalorian technology on my body at all times (armor, weapons, implants, whatever). Kick ass, get ass, and get more ass (kicking more ass is a decent alternative for the third one).
Anyway, the reason Canderous is so cool ability-wise:
1) Great strength for good melee
2) Can still use blasters well (master two weapon fighting...use pistols)
3) Give him heaviest armor and he will ****
4) Highest vitality regeneration rate in game: 4 HP every D&D turn
5) Attack resistance:
Soldier fortitude = resists fort-based force attacks (paralysis, push)
Immunity mind via belt/implant/visor (any mind effects)
Reflex belt and some extra dex if you want to make him better resist to reflex based attacks (mines mainly)
6) Free stimulants (I never use them but +6 to each stat is always nice)
I took Canderous, Bastila, and me to the Star Forge. I was kinda sleepy and dozed for a minute and saw me and Bastila die - 4 Dark Jedi, 2 staffers 2 dualsaberists each with crazy force powers were left. I woke the **** up to save canderous if i could...i switched him from pistols to fully upgraded yusani's blade - better than bacca's + prototype vibroblade fully upgraded. He was wearin the Manda armor w/ the helm too for asskixorij. He killed 2, took 1/2 health off 3rd, and died. DO NOT tell me that doesn't show a true mandalorian being played by a true mandalorian wannabe.

For the record i voted for Revan, Jolee, HK-47, Canderous and Zaalbar. And none of them because of in game stats or abilities.
I always keep Jolee and HK-47 with me. HK because some meatbags might look offensive and i could hear his roxxorizh comments. Jolee because I use mindtrick in every place i would need to pay. His comments about MT are so roxxorizh.

I hope in KOTOR2 they use the HotU (hordes of the underdark) d&d rules so when you start you are like level 20 and have to go to level 40 instead. It would suck to have to train all combat skills from level 1. The guy/girl you play is supposedly a Kyle Katarn - stopped being a Jedi and kind of is out of tune with the Force. Hopefully you will start with some decent levels to show you still have some combat experience left before you actually start the game.
JEEZ I WANT THIS GAME SO BAD!
I hope I have another Mandalorian ally - when I play lightside Jedi I'll try to make my Manda a wuss who is also lightside. When I play darkside Jedi Ill make sure my Manda is just as bad ass. I cant wait to whore all evil Force powers (yet again).
I loved HK because his weapon stances were so cool....
Canderous was cool too, but then if you completed his special mission he became this whiny soft sap.
Jolee was just a sh*thead, senile old kook.
Bastila was fun to emotionally abuse because she was the romantic element, and I pretty much left Carth on the ship and let him rot.
Zaalbar's free grenades ruled, and mission really sucks at pazaak.
Juhani spoke like there was a particularly large object lodged under her tongue, and she looks like one of those Czerka sandcrawlers ran over her...
T3 was the most useless piece of scrap ever, I left him on the Ebon Hawk as this sort of computer spike factory.

I was only joking anyway (or half joking). I was saying that since KOTOR was so incredibly cool and Ep 1 and 2 were so unpopular, just have the KOTOR team do the last movie. You would have to admit it would be much better than the other prequels.
P.S. If I say something about Lucas again would you give me another reaction? :D

They need more and more Star Wars based Movies from different directors I think. Kotor would be a kickin' movie I bet. HK would do a FAR better job than C3PO any day.

Maybe make an Episode -1, -2 and -3 for a KOTOR trilogy, KOTOR 1 for the first one, KOTOR 2 for the 2nd and (if it happens) KOTOR 3 for the 3rd. Call it the Chronicles of Revan.

...So Canderous for the win, with HK-47/Revan coming up next, then Zaalbar since he ripped Mission apart.
